We rang in the graduation with a ceremony that featured a keynote address by iHeart Media Director of News and Community Affairs, Loraine Ballard Morrill. Her leadership as a champion for girls and powerful words of wisdom were an inspirational honor for our graduates.

Our 2018 Personal Development Workshop Series was supported in part by a grant from Independence Blue Cross Foundation. And its president, Rev. Dr. Lorina Marshall-Blake, stopped by to extend well wishes and congratulate our graduates.

You did it! Remember that obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it. You have so much to be excited for. Start each day believing in your dreams. Know without a doubt that you were made for great things!
