Councilwoman Cindy Bass Honors Cheryl Ann Wadlington in the Chambers of Philadelphia City Council

Congratulations to Evoluer House Executive Director Cheryl Ann Wadlington on being honored in the chambers of Philadelphia City Council for "her dedicated work with empowering young, at-risk women, -- providing them with the tools they need to become productive members of society. With the publication of, 'The DivaGirl’s Guide to Style and Self-Respect,' Cheryl has done more than talk about helping our young people, she has actively sought to impart her sage wisdom upon them."
